APPEALS OF DISPUTES
1. OBJECTIVE
Regulations define Welder Certification Centre (WSC ) lodging appeals and review procedures.
2.DESCRIPTION
2.1 . General section
At the appeals are being added all the certified person , candidate, the applicant requests the MSC to review any adverse decision , which has been adopted in relation to the desired MSC certification status. Appeals must be issued to the WSC in the writing form. Oral appeals are not considered..
2.2 . Examination of appeals
If the certified person feels that his skills and knowledge are not adequately evaluated , non-compliance with the certification scheme or the criteria then :
1.Appeal can be submitted in writing form to the Director of the WSC during the month ;
2.Quality Manager shall record the MSC " corrective / preventive actions and customer complaints register " ;
3.MSC Director within 2 weeks examines the merits of the appeal and gives the information about the outcome to a certified person in writing form;
4.Quality Manager " corrective / preventive actions and customer complaints register " registers the decision made on the merits of the appeal and the work that had to be done.
5.If the appeal is well founded , then he verbally agrees to a certified person on the measures and deadlines for appeals for further consideration and grant of the certificate .
6.MSC Director confirms receipt of the appeal and informs the appellant about the reports of the appeal process and the outcome.
7.MSC Director shall submit a formal statement of the appellant on the appeal about the completed process.
In case if the certified person is not satisfied with the examination results , he has the right to appeal to the Committee of the schemes . Appeal Committee shall consider the schemes in order.
The issues between the WSC and the client shall be dealt with existing laws and regulations .
All appeals are considered with in a constructive WSC , unaffected and timely manner .
The WSC is responsible for all decisions at all appeal review process. MSC director is responsible for decision –making, WSC Technical Director is responsible for appeals reviewing .
Appeal acceptance, investigation and decision-making against the appellant is not manifest itself with any discriminatory practices .
